London Staffing Agency – Points to remember

In the current economy, many businesses are looking to use London Staffing Agency services to fill positions. Many times the word staffing means a company that hires temporary employees, while others times it means a temporary staffing agency that hires permanent employees (also known as ‪staffers›). When you use a staffing agency, however, it’s just a company that provides permanent employees. While some recruiting agencies provide jobs, many just act as middlemen and don’t have many positions. There are many reasons why an agency may not have enough positions and here are five:

Job Vacancies – The first thing you can do to find out if an agency is filled with positions is to check their job vacancies. Usually an agency will have a job opening every week or two, but it’s still possible that they do not have any permanent positions open. This isn’t necessarily a sign of a bad agency, as there could be a lot of positions they aren’t filling. If you are looking for a permanent position, a good agency will be able to fill positions within a short amount of time. Visit us on London Staffing Agency.

Agency Fees – As you can imagine, many recruitment agencies charge fees to get your resume or application submitted to them. This can be expensive, so make sure you find an agency that is willing to work with you in the long run. If an agency charges fees up front, they are probably not really interested in your company. On the other hand, if the agency is willing to negotiate with companies over the cost, they will be more likely to accept your application. This means the agency will only charge you what is fair for you.
